Ten years ago, two best friends had a problem.
Emma had Charge the Great Dane and Chase the Frenchie, and nothing out there matched. So we made it ourselves.

How do I win the $250?
Join the waitlist before early access opens at 6pm AEST on Mon 9 Nov and you're automatically in the running. One lucky waitlister will win $250 to spend during the sale - we'll let the winner know by email.
Winner will be drawn at 6pm AEST on Monday 9th November - $250 voucher will be emailed to them at that time.
Do I need a discount code?
Nope. Sale prices show automatically. You only need the early access password we send you on the 9th.
Can I use a discount code during the sale?
Unfortunately not - all prices are marked and any further discounts cannot be applied. All discount codes will be disabled during the sale.
Are there any exclusions?
Yes, there are a couple of items/products excluded from the Black Friday Sale. These are:

What if I miss early access?
No stress. The sale opens to everyone on Wed 11 Nov at 6am. Early access just gets you first pick.
Do you ship outside Australia?
We do. We ship Australia-wide and worldwide.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
We ship Australia-wide and worldwide, and cut-off dates vary depending on where you are. Check the dates for your location before you order.

What is your Free Shipping Threshold?
During our sale we unfortunately have to increase the free shipping threshold from $150 to $200.
Can I return sale items?
Unfortunately anything that is marked as FINAL SALE is non-returnable. We cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges on these items, so please choose carefully.

- The giveaway opens when the Black Friday waitlist opens and closes at 6pm AEST on Monday 9 November 2026. Entries received after this time won't be counted.
- To enter, join the Black Friday 2026 waitlist using the sign-up form on this page with a valid email address. One entry per person - signing up more than once won't give you extra entries.
- Open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Big & Little Dogs and their immediate families are not eligible.
- One winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries in Brisbane, Queensland at 6pm AEST on Monday 9 November 2026, once entries close.
- The winner will be emailed their $250 voucher code at the time of the draw, using the email address they signed up with. If that email can't be delivered, another winner will be drawn at random.
- The prize is one $250 Big & Little Dogs voucher, sent as a digital code, to spend at bigandlittledogs.com. The voucher can be used on sale items. Any unused balance expires 3 years from date of issue. The prize can't be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. Total prize value: $250 (AUD).
- We may share the winner's first name and state on our website and social media.
- Personal information collected will be used to run this giveaway and to send you Black Friday waitlist emails and texts, in line with our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.
