How it works
Five steps, all done on the product page - no separate order needed.

Choose your product, print and size as normal.

Select "Yes please" under Add personalisation.

Type in the name you'd like added.

Pick your vinyl colour and font from the options shown.

Add to cart - a Personalisation Fee line item is added automatically. Leave it there, it's what pays for the magic.

The fine print
- Processing time: personalised items are made to order and take 5-10 business days to dispatch. This can run longer during sale periods and peak times.
- Shipping: if your order includes a personalised item alongside other products, the whole order ships together once the personalised piece is ready.
- Returns: personalised items are FINAL SALE - non-returnable and non-refundable. Please double check spelling and sizing before ordering.
- Discount codes: codes can't be applied to the personalisation fee, only to the base product (where eligible).
- Bundles: if you're building a bundle with a personalised item, add each item to cart separately rather than through the bundle widget, or your personalisation details will be removed. The bundle discount still applies automatically once all matching items are in your cart.
- Personalisation fee: please don't remove the Personalisation Fee line item from your cart. If it's removed, we'll need to send you a separate invoice to cover it before your personalisation can be completed.
