Wear & tear
Depends on your dog
Every pup's different - everyday wear, swimming or rolling around will show up faster than occasional use. Always check accessories for wear and tear before each use.
Warranty claims
12 months to claim
We guarantee our pet wear and accessories against material defects and workmanship at the time of purchase. Email info@bigandlittledogs.com with your claim within 12 months of purchase.
Injury or loss
Use at your own risk
We're unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products.
Print & colour
Each piece is unique
Print colours may vary across our range due to different fabrics used for each item. Designs are a repeat pattern, so no two harnesses are exactly alike.
Sizing
Get it right the first time
Use our size guides to purchase the correct fit - harnesses need to sit correctly at the neck and chest. We're not responsible for incorrect sizing and are unable to alter items.
Adjustable Harness
Not for excessive pullers
We don't recommend the Adjustable Harness for dogs that pull a lot, as this can cause tears and make it no longer fit for purpose.
Washing & care
Hand wash, lay flat to dry
We recommend hand washing (or a gentle cold machine wash). Leave flat to dry - never pop accessories in the dryer, as this can damage plastic features or cause shrinking.
General wear & tear
Not covered by warranty
We don't refund or replace items for general wear and tear - only genuine faults are resolved, and only after a thorough inspection.
