Please ensure that you double check the address on your order, as any parcels marked "Returned to Sender" due to an incorrect mailing address or missed delivery will be mailed again at the expense of the buyer.
Refunds
We understand that there may come a time where you need to return a purchase and we want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.
If you have changed your mind about your purchase or purchased the incorrect size or item, we will be pleased to offer you a refund or store credit (or exchange as per trial details below) provided that:
1. The item(s) is not marked FINAL SALE (these items are non-returnable - no exceptions), is not a gift card, not a Pet Bed, Toy or Treat and is not a personalised item
2. You return the item(s) within 30 days of your order being delivered (our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order was delivered as per the shipment tracking - after this time has passed we are unable to accept returns)
3. Your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it (We recommend that you carefully try new items on indoors, just in case you need to return them)
4. All packaging, swing tags and care tags must still be attached to items to be eligible for a refund. Any items returned without packaging or tags, will not be refunded. You will receive an email to advise of this, at which time we can organise to return the items to you at your cost.
5. If you purchased an item as part of a "Buy one, Get One" (e.g. buy a harness and get a leash free etc..) all products must be returned
6. If you purchased an embroidered item (e.g. dog hoodie harness with added embroidery), you will be charged a restocking fee of $4.95 - this will be deducted from your total refund amount prior to the refund being processed. Note that any personalised embroidered items are non-returnable/non-refundable as they cannot be restocked (e.g. "Follow Me @yourinstagramhandle embroidery, Dog's name on Breed Crews)
7. Personalised items are FINAL SALE and non-returnable/non-refundable as they cannot be restocked
We offer exchanges on items for the same product in a different size (this option will appear on the Returns Portal if available for your order). Note that handling costs will be charged when you process the return for an exchange through the portal.
We do not currently offer exchanges for other products (only size swaps as per above).

Love the color and its so soft and cozy

Initially I was extremely excited getting this hoodie for my furbaby. My girl is N:28cm C:44cm L:30cm I took the advice of the sizing chart which sized my girl in a small. Our hoodie arrived and it didn’t actually fit it was too tight. And she wouldn’t move in it. It was a struggle to even manage to get her to sit. It was way too tight!
I was informed that in order for me to get a bigger size, I had to send back for a refund as this is the only option available due to no exchanges and if I wanted to repurchase the hoodie in a bigger size i could but it was going to cost me in total three lots of shipping. The first one when I ordered and had it shipped to me. The second one having to send this wrong size one back and then the third shipping cost of buying a new one in a different size (medium) This really frustrated me, that ends up being nearly $30 worth or shipping because I followed the sizing chart on the Big and Little dogs website.
In my opinion the sizing chart is the problem as I measured my girl and have bought from other stores no issues so the sizing chart is not that helpful as the small was meant to be a perfect fit but turns out the perfect sizing was in fact

Medium would be way too big.
The sizing chart is not clear enough. The in between CM’s particularly chest area should be more clear with its sizing so this kind of situation isn’t happening.
I did end up getting the bigger size which was a medium and this fits better although according to the sizing chart the Medium is too big but when it arrived it actually was a great fit with some room. Don’t get me wrong We love our hoodie. It was two aspects of the process with buying the hoodie that makes this a negative when ensuring we got the right size according to the size chart then it doesn’t fit then following that the extra costs all involved with shipping because I had to send back and re order the shipping cost that where added really frustrated me as well.
We love our hoodie. I actually loved it when I saw it and wanted it so we went through all the crap to end up with this hoodie but I’m saying that to buy any clothes from B&LD wouldn’t be something I would want to do as I don’t want to endure this same or similar experience!

Got these hoodies for my pups, we love them that much we now own 12 of them. 👌🏻 Highly recommend them & the inside fabric is super soft.

Jedda absolutely loves her new hoodie. Jedda loves cosiness badly and this was the perfect hoodie for her other than her being cosy in bed. When I the hold the hoodie up Jedda walks over and more than happily allows us to put it on. Think we need another one xx Its like she is wearing a cloud of hugs.

I couldn't be happier with these hoodies. Great quality and fit is perfect. The zipper is smooth and inside fabric is soft and keeps our pug warm. We chose to add an embroidery design on a few of them and it's a nice addition to an already perfect hoodie.
