Designed to be a non-pull dog harness which is fully adjustable.

For Pick Up & Local Delivery orders, we aim to process and have these ready for collection/delivery within 24 business hours.
FOR SHIPPED AND PICK UP ORDERS: Please note that if you have ordered something that is personalised or made-to-order, additional processing times as per the items description will apply.
Please ensure that you double check the address on your order, as any parcels marked "Returned to Sender" due to an incorrect mailing address or missed delivery will be mailed again at the expense of the buyer.
Refunds
We understand that there may come a time where you need to return a purchase and we want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.
If you have changed your mind about your purchase or purchased the incorrect size or item, we will be pleased to offer you a refund or store credit (or exchange as per trial details below) provided that:
1. The item(s) is not marked FINAL SALE (these items are non-returnable - no exceptions), is not a gift card, not a Pet Bed, Toy or Treat and is not a personalised item
2. You return the item(s) within 30 days of your order being delivered (our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order was delivered as per the shipment tracking - after this time has passed we are unable to accept returns)
3. Your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it (We recommend that you carefully try new items on indoors, just in case you need to return them)
4. All packaging, swing tags and care tags must still be attached to items to be eligible for a refund. Any items returned without packaging or tags, will not be refunded. You will receive an email to advise of this, at which time we can organise to return the items to you at your cost.
5. If you purchased an item as part of a "Buy one, Get One" (e.g. buy a harness and get a leash free etc..) all products must be returned
6. If you purchased an embroidered item (e.g. dog hoodie harness with added embroidery), you will be charged a restocking fee of $4.95 - this will be deducted from your total refund amount prior to the refund being processed. Note that any personalised embroidered items are non-returnable/non-refundable as they cannot be restocked (e.g. "Follow Me @yourinstagramhandle embroidery, Dog's name on Breed Crews)
7. Personalised items are FINAL SALE and non-returnable/non-refundable as they cannot be restocked
We offer exchanges on items for the same product in a different size (this option will appear on the Returns Portal if available for your order). Note that handling costs will be charged when you process the return for an exchange through the portal.
We do not currently offer exchanges for other products (only size swaps as per above).

The straps are a little hard to adjust and having three clips makes it a bit difficult with longer hair breeds, but overall it’s a great harness. It fits well on my pup and the handle on the back was a great choice, I also love the design

Harness is awesome and hard wearing. First wear it was rolled in a puddle. Thick straps and lots of padding provided support and dries really quickly. This is my 4th harness after buying for family and other family dogs. Highly recommended.

This harness is so cute!! I like how it fits and the clips and everything about it. I was confused on how to tighten and loosen it at first, but my husband showed me how lol. 10/10 recommend this beautifully made harness!

This is our signature pattern, we have every item in this print harness, collar, lead, mat, poo bag, bow tie haha. We're on our second harness due to growth and I love the all rounder one so much I bought a backup along with a second lead that we use for nice occasions as the other one gets grubby in the park. The quality is amazing and so easy particularly with this style to clip on and off due to the 3 clips. Love the front D ring option as Hugo pulls a fair bit sometimes.

I love this harness for my fluffy little puppy. It's incredibly easy to put on and take off, and the quality is excellent. She is happy to wear it on walks, around the yard and out to cafes. The design is also super cute so we always get compliments.

This is a great harness that fits our Millie so well. She has the matching lead and poop bag holder. The colour looks fantastic on her black fur.

Fits my pomeranian perfectly. I always get a ton of compliments on how cute the matching bee set is on him. He chewed through his last harness and with this one he hasnt even tried to chew it, which is a huge benefit. Due to the larger straps and multiple clasps i'm able to get him in and out of it a bit more easily too and it doesnt catch his long fur. 10/10 would recommend.

Exellent harness mainly because of the ability to attach the leash under him . The only deficiency is the lack of elastic attchments underneath to put the leash through. This feature was on the two previous harnesses we purchasaed from you.

I loved the look of this harness but was a little disappointed with the weight of it - especially for a small dog. I also found it quite difficult to make the adjustments necessary for it to fit her comfortably and the clips are quite large, again for a small dog.
This would not deter me from ordering other items from Big & Little Dogs; I will just be more careful.

This is Sonnys 3rd harness. He is a 30kg am staff x and can pull occasionally and I know these harnesses are strong enough. They look fabulous which is why he has 3 styles and are comfortable for them. The way you can adjust the whole thing to fit is perfect
