Withdrawal form

This form can be used by EU customers to submit their withdrawal for an order in regards to the 14-Day Cooling Off period.

Please note if your order has already been fulfilled it cannot be cancelled. If we receive a withdrawal for a fulfilled order, you will receive separate details on how to return the items to us for a refund.

Any associated costs of returning items is at the expense of the customer (these are not covered by Big & Little Dogs).
