Want it under the tree in time? Here's everything you need to know about getting your order in before Christmas, plus when we're taking a little break.

But check your cut off below - depending on where you are and what you're ordering, it could be much earlier.

Please note these dates are only a guide suggested by the couriers and delivery partners that we use. Our recommendation is to get your gifts out as early as possible as we cannot be liable for any postage delays.

Online orders
Our warehouse closes at 12pm, Friday 18 December 2026 and reopens Monday 18 January 2027.
Orders placed before 10am AEST, Friday 18 December will be dispatched before we close.
You can still shop online while we're away. Anything ordered after that will be dispatched when we're back in January.

Christmas-ready pups, this one's for you. Our DIY Dog Wash will remain open the whole way through the break, so bath time doesn't have to take a holiday.

What if I miss my cut off?
You can still order - we just can't promise it'll arrive before Christmas. If you're cutting it close, Express post gives you a few extra days.
Are these delivery dates guaranteed?
These are our best guide based on carrier timeframes. The Christmas rush can cause delays we can't control, so the earlier you order, the better.
Can I still order while you're closed?
Yes! Our website stays open the whole time. Orders placed after 10am AEST on Friday 18 December will be dispatched when we're back on Monday 18 January 2027.
Why do personalised products have an earlier cut off?
Personalised pieces need a little extra time to add your pup's name before they're ready to ship.
