Skip the shipping wait - order online and pick it up yourself.

Shop the site as normal, then choose "Pick up in store" at checkout instead of shipping.

We get it ready
Most orders are ready within 24 business hours. You'll get an email or SMS the moment it's good to collect.

Swing by and collect
Pop in during store hours, say hi, and grab your order. Bring your dog if you like - we love visitors.

Personalised items take longer
Pet ID tags, personalised or made-to-order items follow the production time listed on their product page (usually 5-14 business days).
