2. Eligibility
(a) Entry into the giveaway opens on 13th October and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) 22nd October 2025
(b) Entry is only open to persons who, at the time of entry are aged 18 years or more
(c) Entry is open to residents of all countries
(d) By entering the giveaway, you warrant that you meet the entry requirements and accept the terms and conditions contained in this information
(e) A person is eligible to enter the giveaway only once
(f) Our employees (and immediate family members of our employees) are not eligible to enter
(g) We may, in our sole discretion, withhold the prize until the winner provides us with reasonable proof of age
(h) We will not be responsible for late entries (i.e. entries placed after giveaway finishes)

3. Disqualification
We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify the following entries from the competition:
(a) Entrants who do not comply with the eligibility requirements specified in clause 2
(b) Entrants who do not produce reasonable proof or age to our satisfaction (in its sole discretion)
(c) Any entrant who we have reason to believe has breached this information, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the giveaway.

5. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a Big & Little Dogs prize pack valued at over AUD $800 + postage of the prize pack to their location.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection/Draw (game of chance)
The winner will be chosen at random (via an electronic random selector) from all valid entries received during the Giveaway Period. The draw will take place on 23rd October 2025

7. Notification of Winner
The winner will be notified via email and SMS within 1 day of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Big & Little Dogs reserves the right to redraw.
