Click & Collect

Choose "pick up" at checkout to collect your order from our store located in Redcliffe, QLD 4020

Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email or sms to advise your order can be collected.

Collection is usually available within 24 business hours.

Please note that if you have ordered something personalised, a pet ID tag or something that is made-to-order, the usual production times will apply (i.e. it could take between 5-14 business days depending on the product to be available - more information on production times can be found in the product description for the item you are ordering).
