I brought 2 collars and 2 headrest car harnesses. They were all brilliant quality. Really liked the quality of the harnesses. Would have preferred if the leash ring on the collars was metal and not plastic - I'm only able to use them for one dog as I'm worried about my other dog snapping it as he's a puller

Hi, I purchased a halter and leash 3years ago. For the first year I didn't use the halter or leash. I started using it after that maximum once a week for 30mins and the clasp/spring of leash completely broke. Keep in mind my dog is 4kgs and 10years old so a very slow walk. I sent photo to customer support as it shouldnt happen but they advised they couldn't do anything. So just thought others should know it's a product only for short term. Not a product that is meant to last. If that was my experience for a dog that gently walks if you have dogs that actually require a leash best to buy elsewhere. I ended up buying leashes from shein that have lasted longer and no faulty spring/clasp so thought everyone can buy 20leashes for the price of one that won't last long at all. Disappointed with customer service as if a product is only meant to last less than 1 year they should advise that. As using a product at maximum once a week for 30mins for a gentle walk for 1.5 years wouldn't even equate to 6months of using the leash more often. So quality and customer service is lacking. Go to shein 🙌

Second time I have purchased this range of harnesses and this one fits better than the first! Love the cheerful pattern and my cavoodle doesn't try to chew it off. Fits really well as the straps are adjustable and easy to put on and off. Love it!

When checking the size guide I thought I may be a 3XL but I thought it would have been too big. I purchased 2XL and it fits ok but not too happy that it's a bit too long in the arms and too big in the shoulders. When I sit down the shoulders on the jumper bunch up and look awkward and if I pull it down then it gets a bit too snug around the neck so cannot pull it down too much. I like the jumper but wish the fit was better, glad I didn't get the bigger size. Quality is nice but not happy with the fit on me. Would have liked to try the XL but cannot exchange it.

We bought waterproof training gear (leash, collar whatnot) and they are of very good quality! They furry boys rate them 10 out of 10 toe beans 😆 and the packing/shipping time was excellent 👌 well done BLD!

I am totally in cuteness overload with how cute this order was packed with a special doggy treat, and little messages. I especially loved how everything came in doggy designed bags. The quality of these products are so beautifully designed. I cannot wait to walk my lil man in his harnesses. The bandanas are such beautiful quality and the lil man looks adorable in these bandanas.
