10th Birthday Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. The Promoter
The promoter is Big & Little Dogs (ABN 97 612 385 743), 9 Sheehan Street, Redcliffe QLD 4020, Australia (we, us, our). Questions about this giveaway can be sent to info@bigandlittledogs.com.
2. Who can enter
The giveaway is open worldwide to those aged 18 or over, except where giveaways of this kind are prohibited or restricted by local law. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
3. Promotional period
Entries open at 12:01am AEST on Thursday 1 October 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 1 November 2026. All times are Australian Eastern Standard Time (Brisbane time). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to enter
To enter, visit the giveaway page at https://bigandlittledogs.com/pages/10-birthday-giveaway and submit your email address and first name using the entry form.
- Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
- One entry per person. Additional entries from the same person will be disregarded.
- Entries that are automated, bulk-submitted, incomplete or submitted using false details are invalid.
- We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for technical reasons.
5. The prizes
Major prize (one winner): the Big Birthday Pawdrobe

- Choice of waterproof collar
- Set of Chunky Charms to match the waterproof collar (max 10 charms)

- $100 Big & Little Dogs gift card (subject to our standard gift card terms and expires 3 years from the date of issue)
Approximate total retail value: $600+ (AUD, including GST), depending on the sizes and designs chosen.
Runner-up prizes (nine winners)
Each runner-up receives a $50 Big & Little Dogs gift card. Total value of runner-up prizes: $450 (AUD). Gift cards are subject to our standard gift card terms, and expire 3 years from the date of issue.
Total prize pool: $1,050+ (AUD, including GST).
Prize conditions
- After the draw we will contact the major prize winner to confirm sizes, designs and colours so everything fits their dog. All choices are subject to stock availability at the time.
- If a chosen item is unavailable, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
- The major prize will be shipped free of charge to the winner's postal address. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges in the winner's country are the winner's responsibility.
- Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. The draw
The draw will take place at 10:00am AEST on Monday 2 November 2026 at 9 Sheehan Street, Redcliffe QLD 4020. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries using ViralSweep's Random Winner Picker. The first entry drawn will win the major prize and the next nine entries drawn will each win a runner-up prize.
7. Winner notification and redraw
Winners will be notified by email on Monday 2 November 2026 and must reply to confirm their prize details (and, for the major prize, their size, design and shipping details).
If a winner has not replied by 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 15 November 2026, or is found to be ineligible, their prize will be forfeited and redrawn at 10:00am AEST on Monday 16 November 2026 at the same location and using the same method. Any redraw winner will be notified by email on the day of the redraw.

8. Discount voucher
Everyone who enters will receive a discount voucher by email. The voucher is a thank you for entering and is not part of the prize draw. The voucher is $10 off a minimum spend of $50, can be used once, and expires 30 days after it is issued.
9. Marketing consent and privacy
By entering, you agree to join the Big & Little Dogs email list and to receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Your personal information is collected to run this giveaway and for marketing, and is handled in line with our Privacy Policy: https://bigandlittledogs.com/pages/privacy-statement
10. Social media platforms
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram), TikTok or any other platform it is promoted on. By entering, you release these platforms from any liability relating to the giveaway.
11. General
- We reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway, or to disqualify any entrant, where reasonably necessary or required by law, including in the case of fraud, tampering or technical failure.
- Our decisions on all matters relating to the giveaway are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from participating in the giveaway or from the prizes.
- Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
