Leash Length Recommendations

For Pram Walking/Running: Whether you're strolling or jogging with your dog alongside a pram, opt for a leash length ranging from 1m to 1.2m, ensuring convenience and ease of movement for both you and your dogs.
For Busy Areas (e.g., Markets): Navigate crowded spaces with confidence by using a leash length between 90cm and 1m, allowing you to keep your pup close and under control while exploring bustling environments like markets or busy streets.

Two Year Warranty

The 2 Year Warranty Policy at Attachd covers manufacturing faults on our products for either a repair or replacement.

Manufacturing faults on zips, buckles, webbing and specific fabric tears or are covered under this policy.

If there is an issue with your Attachd product and you believe it may be covered under the specific product's Warranty Policy, please reach out to our team at info@bigandlittledogs.com to lodge a claim.

Please note: Proof of purchase must be provided (ie. order number), without this we will not be able to process your claim. Cosmetic damage and general wear and tear from product use are not covered under the policies.
