Public Access to our Black Friday Sale starts Tuesday 11th November @ 6pm AEST.

If you have received an EARLY ACCESS PASSWORD, please enter it in the box at the top right of the screen.

EVERYTHING will be on sale (except for a handful of items - see below for exclusions)

Prices are as marked - so no code is needed!

Exclusions include: Gift Cards, Personalisation, Embroidery & Premium ID Tag Coating Fees, Extravaganza Boxes, Surprise Bundles & Products. Bundles will not be available during sale as discounts cannot be stacked.

We are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the pre-order items.

They will be dispatched as soon as they arrive into our warehouse. At this stage we anticipate anything marked as Pre-Order to be dispatched by the end of November..

Please note that orders that have Pre-Order items on them, will not be dispatched until the Pre-Order item(s) are available. If you are wanting to receive anything that is in-stock, please place separate orders for Pre-Order items and In-Stock items.

All discount codes will be deactived during the sale period (and reactivated once the sale ends)

With a massive influx of orders during the sale period, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.

If you do order something that is made to order (e.g. personalised products, ID Tags, apparel etc...) please allow an additional 7 business days.

We will be working as fast as possible to dispatch orders, but we appreciate your patience during the busiest sale of the year.

Unfortunately during the sale period, we are unable to make changes (including adding or cancelling items) to orders.

Please place another order if you were wanting to order additional items.

You are welcome to return items as per our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Please consult size charts if you are unsure of sizing prior to purchasing (note each type of product does have different sizing).

Anything marked as FINAL SALE is non-returnable/non-refundable - please choose carefully.
