We do receive a lot of enquiries and try our best to respond as quickly as possible. However, we aim to respond within 24 hours of receiving your message, in busy periods it may take us a bit longer.

HOW DO I REDEEM A DISCOUNT CODE?:
Sometimes we offer special promotions or discounts that can be redeemed with a discount code.
During the checkout process you will have the option to enter a discount code. Please remember to press APPLY.

I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT ORDERED THE INCORRECT ITEM, CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?:
Because we aim to process and ship your order within 24-48 hours it may not be possible to change or cancel your order.

Please note it is not possible to change or cancel an order that has already been processed and dispatched. In this case please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy.
I RECEIVED A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION, BUT MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?:
Before contacting us, please ensure you have allowed sufficient time for your order to arrive. Domestic deliveries range from between 1-6 days (interstate and remote deliveries may be longer) and international deliveries can take between 5-12 days. Please note that in busy periods, these time-frames may not be able to be met by the postal carriers we use.
If you feel your delivery has been unnecessarily delayed please contact us by email (email@example.com) and we will investigate further.
THE ITEM I PURCHASED FOR MY PET DOESN'T FIT, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?:
We are sorry to hear that. But you are in luck if you contact us within 21 days of receiving your item(s). Within this time-frame we are able to process a refund; and you can re-purchase in the correct size.
