We are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the pre-ordered items.
They will be dispatched as soon as they arrive into our warehouse (and prioritised over Black Friday orders).
You might ask whether you can receive the Black Friday pricing on orders that were placed prior to the sale starting. Unfortunately, if you were wanting the sale price, we will have to cancel your order and you will need to place a new order. This may mean you might miss out on the items as we only have limited amounts of stock and someone may snap up the items once they go back into stock when refunded. If you were receiving the Free Personalised Santa Sack as part of your order, this promotion is no longer available and you would miss out on this if the order is cancelled.
All items that are currently on Pre-order are anticipated to arrive into our warehouse within the next 1-2 weeks.
As soon as they arrive your order will be dispatched.

With a massive influx of orders during the sale period, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.
If you do order something that is made to order (e.g. personalised products, ID Tags, apparel etc...) please allow an additional 7 business days.
We will be working as fast as possible to dispatch orders, but we appreciate your patience during the busiest sale of the year.
Unfortunately during the sale period, we are unable to make changes (including adding or cancelling items) to orders.
